PTS Tomczak is a rapidly growing modern production company in automotive sector. We are producer of elastomeric parts to automotive OE projects. We deliver our products to automotive brake systems, automotive suspension systems and electric system to OEM and TIER 1. Products manufactured in our company are delivered to automotive business plants all around the Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

Many years of experience, fully equipped laboratory and toolshop, best raw materials, modern machinery, the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System conformed to the specifications of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards allow us to meet expectations and requirements of our customers.

TECHNOLOGY

Products in our company are produced mainly in technology of automatic injection molding. We have modern, most advanced injection molding machines of German company Desma, that enable us to produce high-end products with the best quality.

Thanks to an internal laboratory, equipped with a modern, specialized testing and measuring systems, we can study the materials and finished parts, both in natural state and after aging in hot and cold air or media.

Internal, modern, fully equipped toolshop with experienced team of designers, programists and CNC operators give us possibilities to cover the whole process of tooling preparation. We make the whole process from engineering design, through tool production, to tests on our DESMA injection molding machines.

HISTORY

Company was founded in 1980s. In the first years it was processing plastics. Company changed main production into rubber parts to automotive industry couple years later.

Today, in company works third generation of the family, that is still the 100% owner of the company. We are producer of rubber and rubber-metal parts to automotive OE projects.We deliver our products to automotive brake systems, automotive suspension systems and electric system to OEM and TIER 1. Products manufactured in our company are delivered to automotive business plants all around the Europe, Asia, North America and South America.
