RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Being supplier to the leading companies in automotive, which is one the most technologically advanced branches, require from us continuous development. In order to overtake the competition, we attach the great importance and regularly invest into research and development.
Year by year, through successful realization of R&D projects we are optimizing or elaborating new production technologies and new elastomeric materials. Thanks to this, we are building great know-how in topic of elastomeric compounds, toolings construction and production technologies.


LABORATORY
We got an internal laboratory, equipped with a modern, specialized testing and measuring systems, that enables us to study the materials and finished parts, both in its natural state and after aging in hot air or media. Whole equipment are devices of well-known, high-end companies (Instron, Hildebrand, Mitutoyo, Memmert). Of course, all devices are connected to the licensed computer programs monitoring, controlling, analysing and archiving the results of laboratory tests. We have possibilities to make tests in range of:
- Hardness IRHD, MicroIRHD and Shore’a,
- Tensile Strength,
- Elongation at Break,
- Module Elongation of 100%, 200% and 300%,
- Tear Strength,
- Coefficient of Friction,
- Compression Set and Permanent Set,
- Volume and Density,
- Extraxctable Content,
- Surface Tension,
- Resistance to aging in hot temperatures,
- Resistance to aging in cold temperatures,
- Resistance to aging in chemical media,
- Analysis on Video-Microscope
- Non-contact 3D Measurements of finished parts.

TOOLSHOP
We have internal, modern, fully equipped toolshop and experienced team of designers, programists and CNC operators. It enables us to cover internally the whole process of toolings construction from engineering design, through tool production, to tests on our DESMA injection molding machines.

DESIGN DEPARTMENT
Our design department has the capabilities to design parts and molds 2D and 3D. Projects are done by a qualified team of engineers through CAD/CAM softwares.
